Wholesale for Retail

General Terms of Agreement
In order to qualify for wholesale purchases, your business must be a valid retail business, and by agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that you are such.
Order Requirements
When purchasing wholesale, we kindly ask that you order a minimum of 20 products per order. If the order is a custom order, the amount of production will be discussed and agreed on.
If the buyer is located outside of a 25 mile radius of Richmond, and if the entire order is being shipped to one location, we ask the buyer to cover shipping costs. The total shipping cost will be available to view once the invoice has been typed and sent over. All of this will happen before we begin processing the order.
If each item within the order is being shipped to individual addresses (more than one address), we not only ask the buyer to be responsible for shipping costs, but for any other shipping costs that include but are not limited to the following:
- Product was sent back to our office due to insufficient address
- Product was sent back to our office after being held at the post office for 15 days and was labeled unclaimed (this often happens if the mailbox is full)
Samples
If you'd like to smell our scents, we are happy to provide mini candle samples upon request—just let us know your shipping address and we can send along!
Returns + Exchanges
We do not offer returns, but we do offer exchanges. Exchanges may occur if a product arrives damaged or defective. If a buyer dislikes one of the scents, we would be happy to exchange it for something more suitable if the candles show no signs of being used. The buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.
We ship out of Richmond, Virginia where temperatures can become extremely hot in the summer months. We do our best to make sure candles are packed appropriately to avoid melting. However, once the candles have been packed and shipped, we are not responsible for the candle melting upon arrival. Please avoid storing candles in places with extreme heat (garage, shed, or in your mailbox). Each order will have a tracking number, and we ask you to closely keep your eye on it and store it in a cool, dry place as soon as possible.
Payment information
Orders will be placed through the form above. We will send an invoice for the total price of order with the shipping cost included. For wholesale, we begin the production of products once the order is processed. Thus, in order to cover the cost of materials, we require our wholesale orders to be prepaid.
Our retail price for our Tumbler candles is $32.00 USD, our Traveler candles is $20.00 USD, and our Discovery Kits are $40.00 USD. We ask that when being sold in your retail store, you stay within a similar price range (2-4 dollar difference preferred). This way our customers have consistent pricing and are not deterred from shopping our product. We occasionally offer 10%-20% off discounts, and we encourage you to provide those discounts for customers at your own discretion.
Our wholesale price for Tumbler candles is $16.00 USD, Traveler candles is $10.00 USD, and Discovery Kits are $20.00 USD. This price is non-negotiable.
